Scoliosis is a condition that causes the spine to curve in abnormal ways, leading to muscle tension and discomfort. Bodywork for Scoliosis uses specific hands-on techniques for each type of scoliosis to help ease this tension. Therapeutic strokes and myofascial release techniques, which target muscle tissue, can help relieve tight areas, making you feel more relaxed and comfortable.
Improve Function.
As you unwind, the blood flow improves, bringing a sense of ease and relaxation to your body. More importantly, you’ll notice increased flexibility and movement, allowing your joints to move more freely. This newfound flexibility helps your body feel more balanced and supported, giving you a greater sense of control.
The techniques used in Bodywork for Scoliosis are specially designed to address the specific needs of your body based on your type of scoliosis. By focusing on tight muscles and releasing them with carefully crafted techniques, your pain can be reduced, enabling you to be more functional and participate and enjoy daily activities.
