Return and Refund Policy

Overview: All of our products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size or color, or if you simply changed your mind. However, if the product is damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Report an Issue:

  1. Please email us at info@bodyworkforscoliosis.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Important: You must include a clear photo or video showing the defect or damage.
  3. We will review your claim and, if approved, send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the defective item.

Exchanges: Since our products are custom-made, we do not offer exchanges for size or color differences. Please review the size charts provided on the product page carefully before placing your order.

Refunds: If a refund is approved for a defective item, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit and the address provided was correct, we will offer a free replacement.

Non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized items (e.g., custom text or photos) and books. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
